I am very lucky to live in the midst of my family, in a magnificent place where I was born and where I have always lived. At Château Minuty my main activity is the marketing and sales strategy, which consists of identifying clients – mainly restaurants – where we would like our wines to have a strong presence. We like to share our success with our clients, building good relationships on a long term basis and implanting our wines in a sustainable fashion. It makes me happy to see this product, once available only confidentially and locally, then regionally in the 1970s become available nationally with a strong implantation on the Parisian restaurant scene. Our challenge now is to procure international listings with the establishments carefully selected by ourselves, in England, the Caribbean, in Florida, New York, the Hamptons and soon in California. Or indeed in any other market and venue that will do our wines justice. |
